承壓（冷凝）熱水鍋爐

1.承壓熱水鍋爐煙氣流程采用三回程形式，對稱濕背式結構，爐膽為波形爐膽，輻射受熱面積大，并有效消除爐膽熱應力，火箱對稱偏心結構，對流斷煙管采用螺紋管或光管，內插有擾流子，優化傳熱。

1.The flue gas flow adopts a three-return mode and a symmetrical wet-back structure ;the internal furnace of the boiler is a waveform internal fuenace ;the radical heating area is large and the thermal stress of the internal furnance is effectively elimainated; a fire box is an eccentric symmertrical stucture ; ascrewed conduit or a plain tube is used as the smoke tube of the convection section;a turbolator is inserted inside the smoke tube to optimize heat transmission.

2.Advanced burner and fire controller are adopted,thus having the functions of flame monitoring,automatic sweeping as wellas flame-out protection;the harmful components in the smoke gas are lower than the national standard (the exhaust of NOx is lower than 400mg/m3);therefore ,the bearing hot water boiler belongs to an environmentf-friendly product .
